The financing panel at CEE Property Forum 2025, chaired by Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra, Senior Partner and Head of Corporate Finance & Living Services CEE at Colliers, offered a sharp look at how lenders and investors are navigating a more complex capital environment. Rather than revisiting familiar challenges, the discussion focused on the practical shifts reshaping funding strategies across CEE — from the rising cost of debt and the search for liquidity to the evolving role of bonds, banks, and alternative capital sources.

Radisson Hotel Group has opened Baltic View Resort & Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals, in Międzyzdroje on Poland's Baltic coast. Located along the seaside promenade near the town's pier, the resort features 60 rooms, a swimming pool, sauna and kids club.

Poland's largest independent logistics operator has leased 8,100 sqm of warehouse space at the MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski park. The facility was developed speculatively and was ready for immediate occupancy. This is the fourth MLP Group logistics centre used by the tenant, bringing their total leased space to over 34,000 sqm.

The premium residential market in Bucharest has experienced a price surge over the last few years, reaching record levels, particularly in sought-after areas such as Primăverii, Kiseleff, Aviatorilor, and Dorobanti. This trend results from a combination of factors influencing both supply and demand within this niche segment, according to an analysis by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Only 26,300 sqm of new office space will be completed in Prague this year, the lowest figure in the past decade. Although construction activity has slowed significantly, the total volume of projects under construction remains strong at 244,200 sqm across 17 buildings at the end of the third quarter, according to data by Colliers Czech Republic.

Around 4.54 million sqm of industrial space was leased in Poland during the first nine months of 2025, with renegotiations accounting for 52% of the volume, according to a report by Axi Immo. This reflects high overall take-up levels, as occupiers increasingly focus on long-term cost efficiency and portfolio optimisation. Developer caution and a slowdown in new completions (1.55 million sqm) point to continued growth, albeit at a slower pace. The vacancy rate remains steady at 8.2%.
