Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH enters the Slovak market with an acquisition of land with a zoning permit comprising 70,000 sqm. This follows the company’s successful start of activities on the Czech market. Garbe’s plans in Piešťany include the new development of two buildings with a total size of 26,000 sqm.   

Three land plots with a surface of around 250,000 sqm, located on the grounds of the former Chimopar industrial platform in western Bucharest, will be tendered in mid-July.

Trei Real Estate is moving ahead with two large-scale residential projects in Poland. In Wrocław, the company launched the third construction stage of the “Bacciarellego 54” quarter, which will deliver a total of 91 apartments when completed by year-end 2022. In Łódź – with its population of around 700,000 the third-largest city in Poland after Warsaw and Krakow – Trei is about to kick off its second construction stage, which comprises 88 residential units.
