Panattoni has leased out 17,000 sqm in Lublin to Stella Pack, one of the largest distributors of chemical cleaning products and a producer of hygiene products. The leasing agreement was brokered by consultancy BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Stella Pack operates effectively from the Lubelskie region where it has warehouses and a factory and, from January 2023, it will use 17,000 sqm of new warehouse and production space within Panattoni Park Lublin II.

“Our decision to increase and consolidate our production and warehouse space is yet another milestone in the development of Stella Pack. In this way, we are going to adjust our production and logistic resources to meet the needs of a rapidly changing market. Drawing on the experience of Panattoni, we can quickly and effectively raise our quality and improve our capabilities to serve our clients while we ensure both a high standard of our work and prepare for the further development of our company” - explains Juliusz Żuławski, Logistics Director, Stella Pack S.A.

“When we started development in Lublin over seven years ago, we saw that both the Lubelskie region and all of Eastern Poland had huge potential that in time would be transformed into interest from tenants. This next leasing agreement for space in Panattoni Park Lublin II is confirmation of how right that decision was. It also motivates us to further expand our local portfolio, which already comprises 190,000 sqm and is set to grow by a further 51,000 sqm in the new year. What especially pleases us is that, once again, one of our developments has turned out to be an excellent fit for the operations of a client and it will allow them to expand, which will have a positive effect on the entire market” – says Katarzyna Osińska, Development Director from Panattoni.

International consultancy BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland was involved in the transaction. "The Panattoni Park Lublin II location was an ideal fit for Stella Pack’s business model. I am immeasurably pleased that, through the signing of this contract, the tenant will soon be able to develop their business in high-class production and warehouse space ideally suited to their needs" - says Martyna Kajka, MRICS, Associate Director in the Industrial – Logistics Department, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

Two steps from Via Carpathia. Panattoni Park Lublin II, where Stella Pack has leased space, is located in the Niemce administrative district, 8 km from the Lublin bypass, nearby the S19 expressway and the planned route of the Via Carpathia transnational highway, which is to run down the entire length of the EU’s eastern border and at the same time join together the separated regions of the east of Poland including such cities as Białystok and Rzeszów. The nearest junction onto this road is planned to be built just 500m from the park.

Panattoni Park Lublin II will eventually comprise three buildings with 84,500 sqm. The tenants of the complex include Varroc Lighting Systems, a leading producer of next-generation indoor lighting systems and electronics to control vehicles for the automation industry.  The company occupies over 25,000 sqm.
