Hungarian developer and investor Infogroup has bought a 50% share in the ibis Styles Budapest Citywest Hotel.

Polish retail developer Scallier has completed four retail parks in Romania to date, after the opening of a new project spanning 9,000 sqm in Turda in late September. 

The total stock of retail park spaces in Romania will exceed the supply of commercial spaces located in shopping malls if the current investment activity continues, according to a report by real estate consultancy Fortim Trusted Advisors, member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance. 

Liebrecht & wooD has started preparations for its latest project in Warsaw’s Praga-Północ district. YIT Slovakia wants to improve and transform another abandoned area in Bratislava's Ružinov district. With the new residential complex on Hraničná Street, it wants to build on its other projects in this part of the city. In the first phase, it plans to build an apartment building with 92 flats and a hotel with 72 accommodation units, construction of which should start in 2025, the company announced.
