A new hall within Arete Park Zdice has been completed and handed over to its tenant, the Czech branch of the logistics service provider Kuehne+Nagel. After the opening of the new building, the total leasable standing area of the park in Zdice has increased by more than 41% to 24,808 sqm.

Panattoni has reached another milestone in the development of Wrocław South Logistics Hub. As a result of a new contract, one of its current tenants – a leading e-commerce operator – is to increase the size of its leased space by an additional 125,000 sqm. After the planned expansion, the tenant will occupy 180,000 sqm, or 70 pct of the park’s eventual total area. 

More and more foreigners are moving to Poland to work in the logistics sector, which already accounts for approximately 20 per cent of all foreign nationals working in Poland. The largest groups by nationality are Ukrainians, Belarussians and Georgians. Other rapidly growing cohorts of migrant workers come from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan.

Industrial developer CTP has leased over 100,000 sqm of logistics space across its Hungarian projects to a Korean company specialised in automotive logistics.

Residential builder Central Group has just completed the largest transaction on the housing market this year. It is buying more than five hectares of land near the Invalidovna metro station in Karlín in Prague 8, including the existing Čechia Hotel. 

The YIT company has sold the Rivi Bachova project in the Praha-Chodov district to the Rivi Construction Cooperative. The interest in cooperative housing is increasing given the situation in the Czech mortgage market.

RSJ Investment Group has announced the completion of the sale of a modern industrial hall near Chomutov with a leasable area of almost 40,000 sqm. The company Jungheinrich has been manufacturing forklift trucks since mid-2023. Patria Investment Company, a part of the ČSOB group, has become the new owner.
