Weerts Logistics Park (WLP), which has a Belgian-Hungarian ownership background, has reached the highest point for the first phase of 22,000 sqm of the new logistics project spanning 55,000 sqm that is developed in the neighbourhood of Debrecen, in Ebes.

Panattoni has completed the commercialisation of Panattoni Park Koluszki and launched work to extend the centre by 14,000 sqm. The centre’s current tenants Kamoka and Pet Republic have taken the decision to lease the additional space.

Refield sold two retail parks, Pasaż Kępiński and Pasaż Grodziski, to Falcon Investment Management . The mixed-use project Rinzle Rača has received a decision from the EIA process about no further assessment, Yimba.sk reports. The project is planned in the area of Rinzle in the Rača district of Bratislava on a sloping terrain of former vineyards.
