Pan-European real estate developer VGP is strengthening its Romanian footprint by securing two lease transactions with Ursus Breweries and ePiesa.

StudentSpace, a student housing platform developed by Signal, Griffin Capital Partners and Echo Investment, has begun construction of its second Warsaw project. The six-storey development will be located in the southern part of Mokotów. Scheduled to open in Q3 2027, it will add nearly 600 beds to Warsaw's PBSA market.

Industrial developer CTP has agreed a seven-year extension of its partnership with Autonet, a Romanian importer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories. The company has renewed the lease for the entire 26,000 sqm facility it occupies at CTPark Bucharest South, continuing a collaboration that began in 2021.

Electronics outlet operator IPrice-RECARE has leased nearly 29,000 sqm at VGP Park Vyškov, where it will consolidate its logistics and administrative capacity. 

Peakside Capital Advisors has started construction of Building B within the City Point Targówek complex, an urban logistics and light industrial park within the city limits of Warsaw. The facility will deliver more than 12,400 sqm of warehouse and light industrial space, addressing demand from businesses seeking flexible operational units in well-connected urban locations.

EQT Real Estate has completed EQT Park Prague North in Lužec nad Vltavou. The 56,500 sqm park, which offers commercial space for logistics and light manufacturing, has received its occupancy permit and is now available for tenants.

An urban regeneration project in Stavyshche, Ukraine, will transform a former school building into housing for families displaced by the war. The initiative, called Dvir – the Shared Courtyard, has been designed by Office for Future Landscapes and is being developed by the Charity Foundation Housing for IDP.

Patron Capital, the pan-European real estate investment manager, in partnership with Trei Real Estate, an international developer and asset holder for residential and retail real estate, sold six Polish retail parks to a joint venture between Generali Investments CEE and SCF, for around €110 million.

Developer YIT, together with family office One Family Office, has completed the acquisition of DH Towers, which owns land in the Zelený pruh area of Prague 4. The companies plan to build a mixed-use project on the site, with construction expected to begin within about three years.
