Panattoni is beginning the next stage of Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV with a new 26,300 sqm warehouse in Nadarzyn. Polish sports brand DZIK will be the first tenant of the facility, marking the company's first standalone warehouse.

Some 634 apartments were sold in new developments in Bratislava during Q4 2025, confirming stable sales that were maintained throughout the year, according to CBRE data.
