Skanska has launched the construction works of its Nowy Targ office project in the centre of Worlcaw. The building’s name relates to Nowy Targ square which is located nearby and which in the past served as the city's trading centre. The office project will provide nearly 22,000 sqm of flexible space dedicated to business with its delivery scheduled between Q2 and Q3 2019.

A Plaza Centers subsidiary has signed a non-binding letter of intent with an unnamed investment fund regarding the sale of the Torun Plaza shopping and entertainment centre in Poland. The LOI binds the purchaser to a strict timeline for undertaking a comprehensive due diligence process which would result in the transaction being completed by the middle of September 2017.

Skanska has sold the office building Five in Prague, to a real estate fund managed by TRIUVA Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft for €50 million. The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in Q2 2017, with the transfer of the property scheduled for Q4 2017.

Colliers International has been assigned by Hili Properties to provide property management services for the Art Business Center office project, which houses the largest private hospital in Romania. Thus, Colliers International reaches a managed portfolio of over 280,000 leasable sqm and enters a new segment, that of private hospitals, marking a premiere for the local property management market.

Echo Investment has been granted a permit for the construction of the first office building which is part of the Browary Warszawskie project in the quarter of Grzybowska, Wronia, Chłodna and Krochmalna streets.

The residential and office markets have received the lion's share of attention in Budapest recently, but the retail market is also gaining more interest from both tenants and investors. Tourism is booming, domestic purchasing power is growing and the only thing that can hinder growth is the lack of available space and new developments on the market.

Goodman Group has completed its second warehouse at the PLC in Gdansk, increasing the complex's capacity to 88,000 sqm.

TriGranit is to start the construction of Building H with an area of 10,000 sqm at the Bonarka for Business (B4B) complex in Kraków. This will be the eighth office building at B4B, one of the most popular office complexes in Kraków. At the same time, Bonarka for Business launches its new Tenant Relationship Program to serve the needs of their tenants on a higher level. 

The Industrial division of Colliers International Hungary sold the Scanfil building in Rozália Park to Reál food store chain. The building totalling 14 500 sqm was used by Scanfil for the production of mechanics and integrated products and will be now used by Reál as distribution centre for the greater Budapest area.

Echo Polska Properties announced the conclusion of the acquisition of three retail assets, Twierdza in Kłodzko, Twierdza in Zamość and Wzorcownia in Włocławek in Poland, from real estate funds managed by Blackstone for €141.60 million.
