Piotr Krawczyński joined the BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland team as Head of Capital Markets CEE. He will be responsible, among others, for acquiring new accounts and coordinating sale/purchase transactions in Central and Eastern Europe. His duties will include advisory in the field of financing real estate investment projects.

Hungarian developer Wing has announced the launch of the Gizella Loft, a new office project at Siemensʼ Gizella út site acquired last year. The 8,500 sqm is set to offer modern, human-focused offices for potential tenants from the end of 2019.

At the end of 2018, Poznań’s total office stock amounted to 479,100 sqm. Six projects completed in the last twelve months delivered 21,200 sqm of new office space. Euro Styl S.A. - a Tri-City developer specializing in residential projects and part of the Dom Development S.A. M7 Real Estate has completed €75 million of disposals across Central Europe in 2018 on behalf of both in house funds and third party mandates. M7 maintained Assets Under Management in Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Poland at €285 million, with a portfolio comprising 375,000 sqm of multi-let office and industrial space. Radisson Hospitality AB, publicly listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Sweden and part of the Radisson Hotel Group, announced the opening of the Radisson Hotel & Suites, Gdansk in Poland. Highlighted as the first new Radisson in Europe, the hotel brings the group's portfolio to 17 hotels and almost 3,800 rooms in operation or under development in Poland.
