How is the transformation of your London and Oslo buildings progressing?
We are currently in the process of transforming the London & Oslo buildings in line with our proposed action plan. This initiative marks a significant milestone in Bucharest’s real estate
landscape, setting a new precedent for reconverting traditional Class A offices into vibrant, multifunctional spaces, thoughtfully reimagined into a dynamic urban hub that blends work,
hospitality, wellness, and culture in a way the Romanian market has not seen before.
