Yareal Polska has commenced construction of Soho Hub, the final phase of the mixed-use complex Soho by Yareal located in the Praga Południe district of Warsaw.

Savills has been appointed to manage a selection of major properties owned by Yareal Polska. The portfolio includes buildings C, D, and E within the Lixa office campus, the Wspólna 47/49 office building, and the retail component of the mixed-use complex Soho by Yareal, totalling more than 67,000 sqm of space.

Yareal Polska is stepping into the next phase of its growth with an ambitious pipeline of residential and commercial projects. The developer is currently delivering nearly 1,200 residential units and preparing to launch an additional 1,000 in the coming months. With secured land reserves for more than 2,000 future units, the company is reinforcing its long-term commitment to the Polish housing market.

The LIXA E office building, built as part of the office complex near Warsaw’s Daszyński Roundabout, has been granted a use permit. The building developed by Yareal Polska has provided the Warsaw market with almost 18,000 sqm of office space.

There is definitely a trend of less space requirement in the Polish market. Marta Zawadzka, Leasing Director at Yareal Polska talked to Property Forum about the incoming supply gap in the Polish office market and changing preferences of the tenants.

Yareal Polska has completed the commercialisation of Wspólna 47/49 boutique office building. In 2022, the company leased out more than 4,000 sqm of available office space, with Enervigo, “Future For Ukraine” Foundation, and a representative of the European institutions' sector added to the building’s tenant roster. This means that the building, located in the very heart of Warsaw, at the junction of Wspólna and Marszałkowska streets, is now 100% leased. 

Yareal announced that it has signed a contract with a general contractor responsible for completing the final stages of its flagship office complex, LIXA. FineTech Construction will build two office buildings with a total area of 29,000 sqm near Daszyński Roundabout. So far, nearly 49,000 sqm of modern offices have already been developed here at LIXA, including the most recently commissioned building C, which will soon be ready to welcome its first tenants. 

JLL will be responsible for searching future tenants for commercial premises inside two of Yareal’s largest projects in Warsaw’s Wola and Kamionek districts.
