Generali Real Estate, on behalf of Generali Europe Investments Holding (GEIH) Fund, has acquired Piękna 2.0, a landmark office building in Warsaw, from an investment fund advised by Griffin Real Estate.

JLL has been chosen by the White Stone group to manage two office buildings on Cybernetyki St. in Warsaw. Since taking over the management of Cybernetyki 7 and 7a St., JLL is now responsible for a wide range of services in the management of the properties, which includes maintaining relationships with tenants as well as supervising technical, operational and administrative issues. The company began managing the two office buildings shortly after they were bought by the White Stone group.

Patrizia Immobilien AG has finalized the sale of its Atrium International office building on Jana Pawła II Avenue in Warsaw to Strabag Real Estate. This is a very attractive investment location on the capital's market, as the local development plan allows for the construction of an office tower with a height of up to 135 meters. Experts from JLL represented the vendor in the transaction process.

3.5 million sqm is the amount of flexible office space currently offered by operators on the 20 biggest office markets in Europe. Warsaw is ranked as the ninth biggest flex city in Europe. Last year, the city saw the largest growth of flexible space on the continent.

International architectural firm BIG founded unveiled its plans for Towarowa 22, a 230,000 sqm mixed-use development in Warsaw’s Wola district at MIPIM. The owners of the project are EPP and Echo Investment

Piotr Krawczyński joined the BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland team as Head of Capital Markets CEE. He will be responsible, among others, for acquiring new accounts and coordinating sale/purchase transactions in Central and Eastern Europe. Radisson Hotel Group announced the introduction of its Radisson Collection brand to the Polish capital of Warsaw. The premium lifestyle property will open in May 2019. Radisson Hospitality AB also announced the signing of the Radisson RED Warsaw. The upscale, lifestyle select-service brand will be introduced in 2023.

mBank’s headquarters will be located in the tower of the Mennica Legacy Tower complex. The total office space at the complex developed by Golub GetHouse and Mennica Polska S.A. at the intersection of Prosta and Żelazna streets in Warsaw has thus been commercialized. The agreement signed by the bank and Mennica Legacy Tower investors is one of the largest transactions in the history of the office market in Poland.

Warsaw, Krakow and Wrocław offer access to large pools of high-skilled professionals, modern office space and suitable infrastructure. They compete for shared services centres not only with other Polish cities but also with large urban areas worldwide, according to Cresa’s report on the Polish outsourcing market.

The landlord representation team at BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, acting as an exclusive agent, will be responsible for leasing the vacant space in the Vipol Plaza office complex.
