Panattoni built and is leasing a new, custom-fit facility to Corning Incorporated, a manufacturer of low-loss optical fibre. The facility is located in Mszczonów, a city near Warsaw, and is more than 20,000 sqm. It was customized to meet Corning’s specific manufacturing requirements for low-loss optical fibre production and to meet demand for high-speed connectivity in Europe and surrounding regions.

Krajowy Ośrodek Wsparcia Rolnictwa (KOWR) has renewed its lease agreement at the Karolkowa Business Park office building, owned by the Menora Group, Shikun&Binui Group and M&A Capital. According to data from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate, ​the renegotiation of the 10,000 sqm contract is one of the largest transactions in the Warsaw office market for Q2 2022.

Domy Towarowe Wars Sawa Junior has welcomed adidas Warsaw - the largest store and the first adidas brand centre in Central and Eastern Europe. The brand also opened Sports Base Warsaw – the generally accessible space for fans of an active lifestyle in the store and at the downtown Pasaż Wiecha, where temporary sports installations have been created.

Panattoni has started construction of Panattoni Park Nadarzyn II. The development is being built on a site of almost 20 ha and will take up almost 100,000 sqm.

The Japanese apparel brand is preparing to open its first pop-up store in Poland – in Domy Towarowe Wars Sawa Junior in the centre of Warsaw. The two-storey store in one of the most popular shopping destinations in central Warsaw is set to open this autumn.

First Property Group has acquired another 7,171 sqm (or 32.1%) of Blue Tower in Warsaw city centre, bringing its ownership of the property up to 80.3% (17,937 sqm).

HOP, a post-modern office building from the 1990s has undergone a thorough upgrade thanks to Syrena Real Estate. The process lasted nearly a year and reached completion with the opening of the Lupo Pasta Fresca restaurant by  Warsaw restaurateur Justyna Kosmala, owner of Charlotte and the Wozownia Bar. The office building has also recently obtained the BREEAM in Use certificate at the EXCELLENT level and Barrier-Free Facility awarded by the Integration Foundation. The HOP is the first of two development projects in Syrena RE’s portfolio with PineBridge Benson Elliott to undergo such transformation. Work on the other project, the Marynarska Business Park, is underway.

Adgar Poland has acquired the Renaissance Tower office building in Warsaw's Wola district from Octava Property Trust. The price has not been disclosed.

GTC has once again received LEED certifications for the Aeropark office buildings located in Warsaw. Zephirus kept its Gold level, while Nothus upgraded its rating and achieved Platinum.

As much as PLN 750,000 was raised during the 11th edition of the Real Estate Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament organized by JLL. The funds raised at the event were donated to Polish Humanitarian Action and the Women's Rights Center Foundation. Property Forum supported the event as a media partner.
