Revetas Capital is converting its office landbank portfolio of approximately 90,000 sqm developable GLA in 3 major cities in Poland into residential, entering the Private Rental Sector. The recapitalization of the portfolio should provide a capacity of up to 2,000 beds. The objective of the conversion is to build an institutional PRS portfolio in major Polish university cities.

Iris office building, located in Warsaw at 9 Cybernetyki Street has been sold by the entity being a part of CPD Group to DL Invest Group. Avison Young brokered the transaction and represented the seller in the disposal process.

Ghelamco officially presented its latest project in the business centre of Warsaw. The office complex named VIBE will comprise of two buildings located next to the other project of the Belgian developer, the Warsaw HUB. 

Two years after the start of construction, Skanska has completed works on the P180 office building, located at the Wilanowska metro station. Liebrecht & wooD has started preparations for its latest project in Warsaw’s Praga-Północ district. Drucianka Campus will be developed as part of the revitalization of Drucianka (the Warsaw Wire, Pin and Nail Factory), which will be a large-scale mixed-use complex, offering 42,000 sqm of office space and more than 7,500 sqm of additional space for retail, services and events.
