Opened in September 2021, the Norblin Factory is filling up with tenants. The project’s investor, the Capital Park Group, has signed lease contracts with another six concepts which will soon join the revitalised complex at Żelazna Street. The office space of the multifunctional building was already fully leased last year.

Earlier this week, Prague Mayor Zdeněk Hřib and Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski visited the Ukrainian capital and invited Kyiv to join the Pact of Free Cities. White Star Logistics, a joint venture between White Star Real Estate and Bain Capital Credit, is commencing the development of a 55,000 sqm logistics center in Raszyn. Within the investment, whose commercialization began at the beginning of the year, three buildings will be constructed in stages. 

The flagship adidas store in CEE will be located on several floors of the Sawa building in Warsaw, in the very centre of the capital. This store will be the brand’s largest and newest concept in CEE.

Experts from the consulting company BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland summed up the final quarter of 2021, regarding office space in Warsaw. The market closed the year with 325,000 sqm of new modern space, but vacancy rate are increasing, and an escalation in contract renewals is agitating the situation within the demand structure. Therefore "flexibility" has turned out to be the most important word for all market players. The authors underline that the situation in 2022 will be comparable.

The Lakeside office building in Warsaw's Mokotów district has been granted a building permit. Construction is already underway.

A joint venture between Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm and investment manager Peakside Capital Advisors AG with a group of additional third-party co-investors has acquired a portfolio of warehouse properties in capital of Poland. The purchase price is not being disclosed.

Apollo Rida has extended its cooperation with Savills and appointed the firm as its sole leasing agent for office space in Jerozolimskie Business Park in Warsaw.

Patrizia has divested a portfolio of three Warsaw offices totalling c. 15,400 sqm to VIG FUND a.s., a real estate vehicle of Vienna Insurance Group - one of the largest international insurance groups in Central and Eastern Europe. The price remains undisclosed.

More companies from the medical industry have decided to establish part of their operations in 7R City Park Warsaw Airport III, which is under construction in Osmańska Street in Warsaw. ITP S.A. and Stryker will move into the facility at the end of the year, and Komtur will join them in early 2023. Earlier, Polfa Warszawa announced the launch of its research and development centre in the 7R warehouse located on Osmańska Street.
