GTC has signed an €11.4 million investment loan with Berlin Hyp Bank for the refinancing of the previous loan agreement for the Corius office building. The Class A office building offers a total leasable area of over 9,700 sqm and is GOLD LEED certificated.
Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of the Prosta Tower office building in Warsaw. A special open-ended real estate fund managed by Credit Suisse Real Estate Investment Management Germany is the owner of the scheme. The property management agreement was signed in December 2016.
P3 has raised the final column on 26,000 sqm of warehousing and offices at P3 Błonie park near Warsaw in Poland. The space is being developed on a BTS basis for Antalis, a distributor of paper, packaging systems and plastics for visual communication.
Panattoni Europe is to build another facility for DSV Solutions. The 25,000-square-metre logistics centre will be erected in Pęcice, as part of Panattoni Park Janki II. The cornerstone ceremony initiating the project took place on 23 March, and completion of the investment is scheduled for August 2017.

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has announced the signing of Holiday Inn Warsaw West Station. The hotel will be developed with franchisees VHM Hotel Management, owned by the Satoria Group SA, and investors Capital Park.
The Octava FIZAN fund is in the process of acquiring a portfolio of 11 office and retail assets in Poland, including Onyx in Kraków and Centrum Krakowska 61, Renaissance Tower and Eureka Park in Warsaw, from two BPH FIZ funds. Savills is advising the buyer on the transaction, which is expected to be finalized by the end of H1 2017. The parties did not reveal the value of the acquired assets, but the estimated value significantly exceeds €100 million.
Warsaw office building Wspólna 47/49 has been awarded a BREEAM IN-USE International certificate. It received an “Excellent” rating in Asset Performance and a “Very Good” rating in Building Management. The scheme is owned by CA Immo and Cushman & Wakefield is the property manager.

A Polish logistics company has leased 1,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at MLP Business Park Poznań. MLP Group, the developer and owner of the urban logistics park, is to revitalise an old warehouse building that will be customised for the tenant. This facility should be ready at the beginning of Q4 2021.
Adara, a supplier of ingredients for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries, has leased 800 sqm of warehouse and office space in 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa.
A Polish IT company, STM Cyber Sp. z o.o. decided to lease over 300 sqm in the Business Garden office complex in Warsaw. The tenant was represented in the negotiation process by AXI IMMO. The owner of the complex is Vastint.
Karolina Furmańska has joined the Consulting & Research team of Cushman & Wakefield Poland as a Senior Residential Analyst with responsibility for advisory to PRS clients. JLL Hungary has appointed Balázs Agócs as Workplace Strategy Director from April 2021. JLL will expand not only with another leadership position but also with the Workplace Solutions service line.
