As part of its large-scale development series, Raben Group has opened its new industrial facility in Dunaharaszti, a rapidly developing logistics destination near Budapest. The total value of the project is approximately €7.5 million.

MLP Group has received an Excellent rating as part of the BREEAM International New Construction Version 6.0 Shell and core assessment for two buildings at the MLP Czeladź logistics centre.

Investor NREP wants to take control of property developer 7R. The Scandinavian fund has already acquired another Polish logistics developer, BIK SA, in 2021.

Three new members of staff have joined the Hungarian team of Panattoni, the European industrial real estate developer. Róbert Koncz is in charge of real estate operations, Péter Farkas of technical project management and Tamás Szűcs of land acquisition.

Regesta S.A., a logistics services provider, has leased nearly 36,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Tricity East V. Its new facility will enable it to cooperate with the nearby seaport, offer container handling in the Baltic Hub and the BCT, and expand its sea transport services. The tenant was represented during the transaction process by the real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

According to Savills' latest European logistics outlook, the take-up of industrial and logistics space across the continent totalled 37.5 million sqm in 2022. Despite ongoing economic uncertainty, this signifies a fall of only 6% on 2021’s total of 40.2 million sqm, which was a record high for the sector.

Panattoni has started the development of a third building with an area of almost 40,000 sqm in the Panattoni Park Bielsko Biała IV park. As much as 22,000 sqm is to be leased by Polmotors. The company is to employ around 1,000 people in a factory, which is to serve markets across the globe. Upon completion, the Panattoni Park Bielsko Biała IV development is to comprise three buildings with a combined area of over 100,000 sqm. The complex is almost fully commercialised.

Panattoni launched the construction of Panattoni Park Lublin IV in March. Eventually, the centre will comprise almost 55,000 sqm. The main support for the development is €32.8 million of financing from Alior Bank.

P3 Group has announced record operational results and strong financials for the full year 2022. The European investor and developer of warehouse properties increased Gross Asset Value to €8.3 billion, only modestly impacted by a 2.3% valuation decline. Operationally, the company’s portfolio grew to 7.6 million sqm across 11 European countries, registering an all-time high occupancy rate of 98%.

Panattoni launches another factory project for a global industrial giant. One of the leading names in home appliances and electronics will start using a 40,000 sqm factory before the end of 2023. The BTO centre is being built in Western Poland and is to be used for the production of home appliances in an investment of over €80 million.
