Panattoni launched the construction of Panattoni Park Lublin IV in March. Eventually, the centre will comprise almost 55,000 sqm. The main support for the development is €32.8 million of financing from Alior Bank.

P3 Group has announced record operational results and strong financials for the full year 2022. The European investor and developer of warehouse properties increased Gross Asset Value to €8.3 billion, only modestly impacted by a 2.3% valuation decline. Operationally, the company’s portfolio grew to 7.6 million sqm across 11 European countries, registering an all-time high occupancy rate of 98%.

Panattoni launches another factory project for a global industrial giant. One of the leading names in home appliances and electronics will start using a 40,000 sqm factory before the end of 2023. The BTO centre is being built in Western Poland and is to be used for the production of home appliances in an investment of over €80 million. 

The latest investment by Accolade in Poland will be located in Świdnik and provide easy access to the Lublin region. It will offer 54 000 sqm of modern warehouse space. The industrial park in Świdnik will consist of two buildings. The majority of the space was already leased to three companies from the manufacturing and logistics industries. The park will be located just 1 km from the border of the city of Lublin, where Accolade already has another warehouse park. Accolade has been present in the region since 2015, and their investment here will amount to over 130,000 square meters, with the total value of the investment in Lublin voivodeship amounting to €115 million.

Panattoni is building another strategic development for the Warsaw market. The developer has been granted €57 million in financing from Bank Pekao SA for the development of Panattoni Park Nadarzyn II, which is to become one of the largest business and industrial platforms in the region.

Redefine Properties and Griffin Capital Partners have set up a venture to acquire Stokado, Poland's second-largest self-storage operator, to establish a platform to fast-track investment through development activity within this sector.

Panattoni has begun construction of a new park in the region of Greater Poland capital: Panattoni Park Poznań East II will be located near the A2 motorway and will comprise 37,000 sqm. The first tenant will be logistics operator GEODIS, occupying 8500 sqm.

Panattoni has been granted €67 million to construct a building as part of Panattoni Park Poznań A2. The development is to be handed over in October this year with the entire area of 82,000 sqm to be leased by a giant from the clothing industry.

MLP Group has signed a new financing agreement with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., whereby the Bank has committed over €19.7 million. The facility will be used to finance and partially refinance the MLP Czeladź project with a target leasable area of approximately 68,000 sqm. The Kycia Legal law firm advised on the transaction.
