Panattoni has been issued financing for the construction of City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV. The €17.25 million loan was granted by Santander Bank Polska.

According to the latest report by Newmark Polska, transaction volume in the Polish warehouse market in the first half of 2024 totalled more than 2.72 million sqm, up by 22.7% from the same time last year. Poland’s total warehouse and industrial stock surpassed 33.5 million sqm, a 9.5% rise year-on-year.

In the first half of 2024, revenues of the MLP Group amounted to PLN 187.7 million (€43.5 million) and the value of investment properties reached PLN 5,057 billion (€1,17 billion).

Panattoni has sold a 37,000 sqm distribution centre in Teresin (Mazovia region) that it developed for the use of Orbico Supply – an FMCG company and a distributor of cosmetics in Europe. The name of the buyer and the value of the transaction were not disclosed.

Trademarc, a company co-owned and managed by Griffin Capital Partners, has sold a 37,590 sqm Built-to-Suit (BTS) warehouse located in Teresin, west of Warsaw. The buyer and transaction amount have not been disclosed.

According to Cushman & Wakefield, the Polish industrial market saw a marked upturn in occupier activity in the second quarter of 2024, reporting the highest leasing volume in Europe. In addition, Poland’s total industrial stock is poised to soon surpass the 35 million sqm mark. 

GLP has announced that it is set to unveil its second project in Lędziny (Upper Silesia, Poland). GLP Park Lędziny II will offer 40,000 sqm of rentable space and construction is expected to take approximately eight months once initiated.

Emira Property Fund has announced a strategic investment in the Luxembourg-headquartered Polish property developer and investor DL Invest Group. With a €55.5 million investment, Emira has acquired an effective 25% initial stake in DL Invest Group, which has a gross asset value of approximately €730 million and a net asset value prior to Emira’s investment of approximately €278 million. Emira’s equity interest has a face value of €101.5 million.  Emira has also secured the option to acquire a further interest for €45.5 million. If exercised, this second tranche will result in Emira holding 45.0% of the issued shares of DL Invest Group.

7R is launching a project near the A1 and A4 Gliwice-Sośnica motorway junction. The facility will offer future tenants a total of 40,000 sqm of modern logistics space.

CTP has started construction of a new 11,200 sqm manufacturing facility at its CTPark Zabrze complex in Poland. Construction is expected to complete by the end of November 2024.
