TriGranit names new CEO

The TriGranit Board has appointed Tom Lisiecki as the new Chief Executive Officer of TriGranit. Mr Lisiecki arrives from CityCon, having been based in Stockholm where he served as Chief Development Officer. Prior to it, he spent 13 years with TriGranit, working in the last years as Chief Investment Officer and Country Director – Poland, having been involved in all TriGranit’s projects.

EBRD and Revetas announce €28.6 million partnership in CEE

The EBRD and Revetas, a specialist real estate investment advisor focusing on Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), are joining forces for the acquisition and development of a portfolio of prime business properties in the region. The EBRD is investing €28.6 million in Project Keystone, a portfolio of premium real estate assets located across CEE representing a total gross leasable area of over 173,000 sqm. The total asset value, including gross development value, exceeds €450 million.

TriGranit expands in Kraków and Katowice

The construction reached its highest point on the 16th of October, according to the construction schedule. Revetas buys TriGranit from TPG Real Estate

Revetas, a specialist real estate investment manager focusing on the CEE region, together with funds managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, announced it has acquired TriGranit from TPG Real Estate, the real estate platform of global alternative asset firm TPG. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

TriGranit launces new project in Budapest

TriGranit launched the construction of its new Class A office development, Millennium Gardens, which is the final element of the Millennium City Center in Budapest. After its expected completion in 2020, the two-winged office complex, will provide approx. 37,000 sqm GLA and more than 600 parking spaces for tenants, greatly emphasizing today’s employee and tenant needs. In 2018-2019, the company is working on the launch of four office developments in Central Europe. As for its size, Millennium Gardens is one of the biggest office development project in Budapest to be handed over till 2020. Within the coming 12 months, TriGranit plans the start of the construction of 77,000 sqm GLA office space in Central Europe.

TriGranit starts construction of new Krakow building

The construction of building H, the eighth element of Bonarka for Business (B4B), an office complex in Krakow, has recently started. At completion, the office building will provide approx. 10,000 sqm GLA and 209 parking spaces for the tenants, extending the B4B complex to a total of 75,000 GLA. Meanwhile, GlobalLogic, an existing tenant in B4B since 2016, signed a lease agreement for an additional 1,274 sqm GLA.

TriGranit expands Krakow office complex

TriGranit is to start the construction of Building H with an area of 10,000 sqm at the Bonarka for Business (B4B) complex in Kraków. This will be the eighth office building at B4B, one of the most popular office complexes in Kraków. At the same time, Bonarka for Business launches its new Tenant Relationship Program to serve the needs of their tenants on a higher level.

New leases

  • The Polish branch of Lufthansa Technik AG, a global provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services for civil aviation, has joined the group of tenants at the Infinity office building in Wrocław. The company has leased over 860 sqm of office space in the building, in the heart of the city on ul. Legnicka. Lufthansa Technik AG will move into its new headquarters in April 2026. The lease was signed for seven years.
  • Fortress Logistics Real Estate, part of South African global investment platform, has set up office in the third floor of the Metropolitan building on Piłsudski Square. The Warsaw office will overlook the Ministry of Culture and the Raffles Europejski Hotel.
  • Promenada Mall, owned by Nepi Rockcastle, has completed the first stage of its food court modernisation, spanning 1,000 sqm, with the opening of eight new restaurants.

New appointments

  • Romanian developer Redport has appointed Sorin Ioan Blaga as COO. In recent years, Blaga has served as CEO of Liebrecht & wooD Romania, managing real estate developments with a combined value of several hundred million euros, and as COO & Co-CEO of The Concept Group.
  • From mid-October, László Csapó will take up the position of Director of Business Development at Danubius Hotels Zrt. He succeeds Andrea Róna, who had held the position since 2022.
  • Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has named Gabriel Vințe as Business Development Manager within the Project & Development Services (PDS) department. He will also oversee the business line dedicated to sustainability services. Vințe has over 21 years of experience gained in renowned companies across sectors such as financial services, retail, residential, and consultancy.
