EPP, Poland's largest retail asset manager, has secured a €323.9 million loan to refinance existing debt on its shopping centre portfolio. The financing covers four retail assets: King Cross Marcelin in Poznań, two assets in Szczecin (Galaxy and Outlet Park), and Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław.

Industrial developer Panattoni has secured a €42 million loan from BNP Paribas Bank Polska for the construction of two warehouses as part of the Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II complex.

Panattoni is implementing the second stage of its investment in Szczecin, building nearly 14,000 sqm as part of Panattoni Park Szczecin V. The developer has signed a lease agreement for nearly 4,300 sqm of new space with a global logistics industry leader.

The Polish Commercial Real Estate Association (PINK) published data on office space markets in eight major regional cities in Poland (Krakow, Wroclaw, Tri-City, Katowice, Poznan, Lodz, Lublin, Szczecin) for the third quarter of 2025. By the end of September, total modern office space resources in the eight regional markets reached 6,732,400 sqm.

Panattoni has leased nearly 15,500 sqm at Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II to Rohlig Suus Logistics. The logistics operator will move into the first building of the complex, with an area of 25,500 sqm, whose construction began in August this year.

LemonTree has launched construction of Westside Szczecin Neo, a new 34,000 sqm logistics and office complex in Szczecin, with nearly half of the space already leased. The project is scheduled for completion in Q1 2026, with Goldbeck as general contractor.

The Investika Real Estate Fund has expanded its presence in Poland with the acquisition of Piastów Office Center in Szczecin. The fund, in partnership with BUD Holdings SA, purchased the A-class office complex from funds managed by Blackstone, marking its first office property investment in Poland this year. The price of the asset has not been revealed.

Panattoni has been granted a loan for the development of a new distribution centre for a large retailer. The €36.5 million loan was granted by BNP Paribas. The BTS centre is to be built in Szczecin and will comprise an area of over 54,000 sqm.

LemonTree is starting another investment project, this time located in the capital of West Pomerania in Poland. WestSide Szczecin will deliver nearly 31,000 square meters of warehouse and office space, equipped with solutions that reduce the building’s environmental impact. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in February 2025.

SCPI Transitions Europe managed by Arkéa Real Estate Investment Management has acquired Lastadia Office, a fully let office building located on an island by the western bank of the Oder River in Szczecin, from Greenstone Asset Management. The value of the deal has not been revealed.
