Panattoni is implementing the second stage of its investment in Szczecin, building nearly 14,000 sqm as part of Panattoni Park Szczecin V. The developer has signed a lease agreement for nearly 4,300 sqm of new space with a global logistics industry leader.

The international operator is strengthening its presence in the region by developing a logistics centre in western Poland. The new location will enable the company to increase operations in contract logistics and distribution services, supporting customer service in key CEE markets.

"We are delighted that a global operator has chosen our investment in Szczecin for further development of its operations in Western Pomerania. This proves the potential of the region and our park, which meets the needs of international players," says Weronika Mioduszewska, Associate Leasing Director at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Szczecin V will reach over 30,000 sqm following its expansion. The investment is located 6 km from the S3 expressway and about 20 minutes from both Szczecin centre and the German border.

The facility will undergo Breeam environmental certification at the Excellent level. The park offers warehouse and industrial space, including energy-efficient LED lighting systems, solutions to reduce water and energy consumption, and infrastructure for electromobility.
