Peakside Capital Advisors has achieved two BREEAM IN-USE certifications at the "Very Good" level for over 50,000 square meters of warehouse-office space at Logistics Point Raszyn and Logistics Point Piaseczno. The attained rating results from the successful modernization of fully commercialized logistic centres near Warsaw. 

Hillwood Poland’s 15 buildings have been certified BREEAM In Use at the Excellent level, completing the certification for the company’s entire portfolio. Obtaining the certificates was the result of cooperation with JWA, a consulting firm specializing in green solutions for commercial real estate.

Park Avenue Tower in Tirana has become the first Albanian office project to secure BREEAM Design Stage certification with an Excellent rating, a level in alignment with European standards for commercial investments. 7R will introduce a battery energy storage unit at 7R Park Wrocław West II. This innovative solution is unprecedented in facilities of this type. It will allow for storing the energy and, consequently, a significant reducing of the carbon footprint.
