New leases

  • Office House - the first phase of the multifunctional Towarowa22 project in Warsaw - will be ready in spring 2025 and welcomes new tentants. They include emagine (6,000) and Crowe (2,700 sqm).
  • Galeria Jurajska in Częstochowa (southern Poland) is expanding its offer in the electronics segment. A store of the Komputronik chain has opened in the facility.
  • PartyDeco, one of Europe's largest producers of special occasion decorations, has signed a lease agreement for 15,000 sqm in Szczecin's WestSide Szczecin by LemonTree complex.

New appointments

  • Julia Faltus-James, an accredited professional in WELL, ActiveScore and “Green Home” certifications, and Szymon Krawczyk, an energy transition expert, have joined the Strategic Consulting & ESG Advisory team of Cushman & Wakefield.
  • Management Board of Globe Trade Centre has announced that on the 3rd of December, the company received a written statement from György Stof on his resignation as a Member of the Company's Management Board.
  • Dom Development has announced changes to its Management Board. Monika Dobosz will become a Member and Vice-president of the Management Board. In this position, she will replace Leszek Stankiewicz, who has submitted a declaration of resignation from this position. Dobosz will be responsible for the company's finances.
