A recent panel discussion at Prague Property Forum 2025 brought together industry leaders to explore the evolving landscape of investment across different asset classes, with a particular focus on retail, office, and industrial properties. Moderated by Josef Malíř from Star Capital Finance, the conversation revealed nuanced perspectives on investment strategies, sustainability, and market challenges.

GTC has presented the summary of its activities in Poland in the first half of 2024. Over 35,400 sqm of office space was leased across ten buildings in Poland's largest cities. GTC’s properties attracted 14 new partners, and 18 companies chose to extend their leases.

Six office buildings sold, another five buildings with occupancy permits, nearly 45,000 sqm of offices leased, the development of the food & beverage segment and the strengthening of the diverse offer of Libero Katowice and Galeria Młociny - these are the developer's key commercial sector successes in 2022.

In 2021, Poland's warehouse market recorded another outstanding result. The seven most important highlights included a record-breaking volume of investment transactions, take-up, and space under construction. The total industrial stock at the end of December 2021 amounted to more than 25 million sqm, with the vacancy rate indicating only 3.72%.

Panattoni revealed that in 2021 there was a huge increase in the space it leased on the Polish market. Over the year, the developer signed approx. 300 lease agreements for more than 3.2 million sqm of space – 1 million sqm more than the previous year. Panattoni’s facilities were chosen by such companies as Zalando, LPP, Media Expert, Carrefour, DHL, DB Schenker, InPost, Solaris and Action. In total, the developer completed 1.85 million sqm of BREEAM certified space last year, while another 2.8 million sqm is under construction.
