IAD Investments Fund has completed the acquisition of a logistics property from a European investor and developer for its IAD Real Estate Investment Fund (IAD IRF). The 3,800 sqm facility is located directly adjacent to the runway at M. R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava, with direct connection to the airport's air cargo logistics operations.

The property is situated in one of Slovakia's most attractive logistics locations, providing operational and strategic advantages. It is leased long-term to a creditworthy tenant from the delivery and cargo services sector, which strengthens the fund's income stability and long-term sustainability.

"This acquisition represents a step forward for the fund and our shareholders in terms of portfolio diversification and growth, as well as proof of our commitment to building the fund and delivering projects with attractive returns to our clients," said Martin Proksa, Director of IAD Real Estate Investment Fund.

The completion confirms IAD Investments Fund's ability to execute acquisitions with focus on long-term value, stability and returns.

Legal advisors Bird & Bird, financial and tax advisors TPA, technical advisors Grinity and transaction advisors Axelero Capital Advisors worked on this deal.
