Avison Young has announced a strategic affiliation agreement with Athens-based QRA Real Estate Advisors as part of an expansion push in Southeastern Europe (SEE).

The agency points out that Greece's real estate market is undergoing a rapid transformation, driven by a growing demand for people-centric and energy-efficient buildings.

This new collaboration will be led by Alexis Kotsioris as Principal & Managing Director and Eri Mitsostergiou as Principal & COO.

Kotsioris has more than 25 years’ worth of experience in commercial real estate advisory and transaction services in Greece. He has successfully advised on investment transactions totaling over €1.2 billion in retail, office, and logistics assets within the country.
