Savills has published its latest report on the Polish industrial and logistics market, confirming growing interest from both investors and tenants in the first half of 2025. Warsaw and the surrounding areas have now exceeded 7 million sqm of modern space, strengthening their role as a key logistics hub in Central Europe.

Savills has announced that David Štrouf, an investment professional with a background in Private Equity and Real Estate consulting, has joined the Savills Investment team as Associate Director. 

In Prague, more people are seeking professionally managed apartments offering flexibility and a certain standard of service. According to the Savills Rental Housing in Prague report, the popularity of rental housing is growing, with the institutional sector attracting both investors and tenants.

Although the total supply of office space in Brno is approximately 5.6 times smaller than in Prague, space currently under construction has already reached half the level of the Capital, according to the Regional Research Forum's H1 2025 analysis of market dynamics in Moravia.

The total value of the world’s residential real estate has reached €260 trillion by the end of 2024, according to Savills' analysis. Whilst this figure has shown an annual fall of 2.7%, the total value has risen since 2019 by 19%, reflecting the post-pandemic surge in housing markets worldwide.

The total size of modern office stock in Prague has reached 3.94 million sqm at the end of Q2 2025. Renegotiations are expected to dominate, and larger tenants are remaining in a holding pattern, according to the data released by Prague Research Forum for the second quarter of 2025.

Savills has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Biura przy Warzelni, the largest office building in the Browary Warszawskie complex owned by Deka Immobilien. The firm already represents several other Deka assets in Poland, including Willa Fabrykanta and Warzelnia, which houses the popular Nine’s restaurant.

In the first half of 2025, Warsaw saw the delivery of 85,200 sqm of new office space — a 34% increase compared to the same period last year. However, the volume of space under construction has dropped to a historic low of 140,000 sqm. Despite a slight 5% decline in total demand year-on-year, tenant activity remains stable, with strong interest in top-quality, centrally located projects. Savills reports.

Accolade is expanding into South Bohemia with the acquisition of GARBE Park České Budějovice from GARBE Industrial Real Estate.

Savills has been appointed to manage a selection of major properties owned by Yareal Polska. The portfolio includes buildings C, D, and E within the Lixa office campus, the Wspólna 47/49 office building, and the retail component of the mixed-use complex Soho by Yareal, totalling more than 67,000 sqm of space.
