E-commerce makes a major leap registering important figures globally, reaching 4.28 trillion dollars in 2020, an increase of 27.6% compared to 2019, and the demand for logistics services is on the rise. Belgian company WDP, which is developing logistics and industrial spaces, has €116 million worth ongoing projects locally, according to data from the 2020 financial report. Last year, WDP finalised 223,000 sqm of logistics after an investment of €134 million.

Fashion House, part of  Liebrecht & wooD Group, announced that the new outlet from Bucharest is 70% leased and will open on March 25thh.

Spanish developer Gran Via Real Estate announces results beyond expectations for 2020 on the Romanian market. Despite two months of lockdown measures due to the pandemic, the company traded 478 residential units, with a total value of €44.2 million.
