Niro Investment Group, the Romanian property investor and administrator, has appointed Anca Simionescu as General Manager, tasked with coordinating and developing the company's investment projects both locally and internationally.
She has over 15 years’ worth of experience in the commercial and residential real estate investment market, asset management and business development. Simionescu is a graduate of the Faculty of Robotics of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and holds a master's degree in the same field from Osaka University, as well as an MBA in real estate mergers and acquisitions from Harvard Business School.
At present, the group is developing two hotels in Bucharest and a luxury resort in the Maldives. In the past 30 years, Niro Investment Group has developed over 500,000 sqm of property projects following investments of more than €400 million.
