The volume of real estate investments in Romania exceeded €585 million in the first nine months, shows the latest research report of CBRE. The office market attracted more than half of the investments, Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca being the most dynamic cities, with almost 90 percent of the investment volume.

Spanish-based developer, Gran Via Real Estate, completed the residential project Aviatiei Apartments with 291 units in Bucharest, followinga total investment of €17 million (construction cost, without land value).

With 15 years of overall professional experience and her core expertise residing in the area of HR, Alexandra will oversee HR Strategy for the 160 employees of the CBRE Romania team.
