Romanian construction group Bog’Art has completed the development of its own luxury residential project Art City in northern Bucharest, which is valued at more than €20 million.

Close to 50% of the warehousing surfaces for which lease contracts were signed in 2022 were transacted during July – September of this year, according to real estate consultancy Dunwell Industrial Brokerage.

Romanian developer One United Properties has purchased Bucharest-based office project Eliade Tower from Eurobank Greece for €9.5 million. The building is located near the company’s mixed-use complex One Floreasca City. 

Iulius Town Timișoara has reached 80,000 sqm of premium office space accommodating 40-plus companies from three continents upon opening United Business Center 0, the fourth office building in the complex. 

US-owned Bucharest Properties REIT has appointed real estate consultancy Colliers to provide full corporate leasing services for Vitan Estates, Bucharest's first residential development exclusively for rental.

Property developer STC Partners has obtained the building permit for both phases of the Quartier Azuga residential complex, along with the Green Homes pre-certification and will start construction works for the first phase this autumn.
