JLL Romania advised Euroest Car, a company specialising in the import and distribution of original car parts, in leasing 9,500 sqm in CTPark Bucharest Chitila, a Class A industrial park owned by CTP Romania in the northwest of Bucharest.

Globalworth has achieved the Access4you certification for its entire portfolio of almost half a million square meters consisting of 16 office buildings in Romania, becoming the first landlord to hold accessibility certification for wheelchair users, the elderly, people with limited mobility, and people with strollers. Industrial and logistics developer Logicor has completed the development of another 23,000 sqm in the Bucharest I Logistics Park in Mogoşoaia, in northern Bucharest.

GTC announced that Ziv Gigi has been promoted to Executive Director for the Southeast Europe region. Over 52,000 homes were sold in Bucharest and its surroundings in the first ten months of 2022, up 9.16% compared with the similar period from 2021, according to data published by the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration.

Industrial and logistics developer CTP has announced the expansion of CTPark Bucharest South through the construction of a new warehouse set to almost double the total leasable area of the project to around 150,000 sqm.
