Multi Forum is a multi-tasking facility management application developed for Multi Corporation by a Dutch proptech startup. Data from several Multi managed shopping centres across Europe shows efficiency benefits. The Multi Forum app is now used in five out of the six shopping centres managed by Multi in Poland.

The retail park in Pleszewo is a project located at 24 Armii Poznańska Street on the main route from Koszalin to Poznań. The facility was built on an area of over 10,000 sqm and offers 3,548 sq m of GLA. Its tenants are the international network brands known in Poland as well as local companies.

Square 7 Properties, the country partner for Romania of Mitiska REIM, has purchased a land plot of 30,000 sqm in Mediaș for an undisclosed sum. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s latest DNA of Real Estate research, covering trends in prime rents and yields across Europe, highlights further strengthening in leasing and investment markets in the first quarter of 2022 as economies fully reopen from the pandemic.
