Iulius started the construction works for its first retail park near Iași. Another one is to kick-off soon, and the total investment in the first two projects is €16 million.

Iulius started the construction of the first Family Market, in Miroslava commune, Iași County, an investment of €7 million. Family Market Miroslava provides for the development of a building that will house retail spaces on the ground floor. The leasable area will be approximately 6,600 sqm, will integrate a supermarket and a mix of services and products customized to the needs of residents.

Also this spring, the works will start for the second Family Market, in the Bucium neighbourhood of Iași. It will be integrated into a residential project belonging to another company, which is not part of the Iulius Group. It will have approximately 8,000 sqm of leasable area for supermarket and services and represents an investment of €9 million. As part of the project, more than 5,000 sqm of green spaces, access, and promenade alleys, as well as 188 parking spaces will be created.

For both projects, the works will be completed in the last quarter of 2021.
