Golub GetHouse’s new real estate brand, Inspirentals, will be the vehicle for development projects in the Private Rented Sector offering a range of amenities available to all residents that are rare on the Polish market. The Warsaw-based Postępu Apartments (working name) and Liberty Tower projects, among others, will be completed under the new Inspirentals brand.

The advance of diversity and solidification of the retail market is creating attractive conditions for the expansion of global brands, according to the experts of JLL Poland. One such example is the decision made by Urban Outfitters to enter the Polish market.

Leading Cities Invest, a KanAm Grund Group fund, has entered the Polish market by acquiring the Renaissance office building in central Warsaw from a fund managed by GLL Real Estate Partners. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Krakow’s office stock has increased by more than 15% over the year to more than 1.3 million sqm at the end of Q1 2019. P3 has announced the signing multiannual contract with PepsiCo for the lease of 58,470 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at P3 Mszczonów park. This will be the largest PepsiCo facility in Poland forming concern’s distribution network and operating as a central warehouse. JLL represented the client in this lease transaction.

Medici Living Group, a provider of co-living space in Europe and the US, is expanding into Poland. The company has appointed Renata Kusznierska as Director Expansion Poland. Based in Warsaw, she will be spearheading the group’s expansion and roll-out of the Quarters co-living brand in the region. She will identify locations and secure buildings, with an initial focus on Warsaw and Krakow. Other cities are to follow once a foothold has been established.

Investment fund Focus Estate Fund has set the goal to expand the geography of its presence in Central and Eastern Europe. In the next two years, the Fund plans to more than double its portfolio by strengthening its position in the niche of medium-sized commercial real estate in Poland and the Czech Republic, as well as by entering the Slovak market.

Panattoni Europe has embarked on the construction of Panattoni Park Zabrze with planned space of 64,200 sqm. The distribution centre is being built in a historic industrial part of the city, and has already secured its first tenants. They are – a beer producer set to take up 5,400 sqm and Ban-Food, a logistics operator with 2,200 sqm. The first 20,000 sqm will be available already this autumn.
