Skanska has invested €52 million in the first phase of an office development in Wrocław, Poland. The first phase with a total leasable area of around 26,000 square meters will consist of two buildings, 15 and six stories high, with a shared two-level underground parking lot.

A good location is the key to success in retail. It may, however, take some time before a suitable store is found for a brand entering the Polish market. Panattoni Europe nears the finish line with the launch of its fourth logistics centre in Tricity. Panattoni Park Gdańsk IV, with 41,500 sqm planned at full build-out, is only 4 km away from the Port of Gdańsk and the deep-water container terminal DCT Gdańsk, and the first tenants will be able to move into it already in the coming August.

From July onwards, entrepreneurs in Poland will decide whether to apply the split payment mechanism (SPM).
