Starting May 2020, Kraków’s Podium Park office building is managed by specialists from Globalworth. The in-house property management model, which allows operating closer to tenants, is one of the most important elements of the strategy of the investor.

“We have 22 projects in the Polish portfolio and we are systematically taking over the management of our properties.  From the beginning, we planned to take over the management of this investment, because the self-management model allows us to be closer to tenants and have direct contact with them. In this difficult time COVID-19 epidemic, close cooperation with tenants, proper communication and well-planned actions are also gaining in importance,” says Maciej Kamiński, Head of Property & Facility Management at Globalworth Poland.

The first phase of Podium Park was delivered to use in 2018. One of the leaders of the fintech industry, Revolut launched its office in this building, as well as Ailleron, an IT company. The acquisition of Podium Park worth approx. €134 million was signed in December of 2019. Podium Park is a complex of three, interconnected 11-floor buildings with a total lease area of over 55,000 sqm, which as one of the few office projects has been recognized with BREEAM certificates at the highest possible level - Outstanding. Podium Park I is the highest-rated building among only eight office projects in Poland with an Oustanding rating – the building obtained the result of 96.2% - the highest in the whole ranking.
