PSN to renovate shopping centre in Pardubice

In 2024, PSN will begin a two-year reconstruction of the famous functionalist building in the centre of Pardubice. The first republican Grand Hotel, which served as a shopping centre for over 20 years, will now be transformed into a modern shopping centre with full preservation of the original legacy of the architect Gočár. New leases

  • SoftServe has opened an office in the Lubicz Park building in Kraków's Grzegórzki district. The software company has taken up approximately 660 sqm.
  • Global brokerage firm Mercer, part of the Marsh McLennan Group, has renegotiated its lease at the myhive Nimbus building in Warsaw and remains at 7,300 sqm. As of 2021, the building is owned by CPI Property Group Poland.
  • Baskervill, an international architectural, engineering, and design firm, opened up its office in Gdańsk. A 200-sqm space is located in Officyna building.

New appointments

  • MLP Group’s management team has added new members - Katarzyna Misztal (Leasing Manager), Paweł Reszczyński (Senior Land Acquisition Manager), Zuzanna Pukaluk , Mateusz Sobczak (both a Project Managers) and Szymon Grochowski ( Land Acquisition Manager). In their new roles, they will be entrusted with land acquisition and preparation for upcoming projects, oversight over construction and project work, space commercialisation and tenant relationships.

Karolina Migdał-Koleśnikow has taken on the position of Sales & Marketing Director, and Michał Porzycki has assumed the role of Head of Tenant Representation Warsaw.
