Panattoni has announced that the construction of a new BTS facility within Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V is underway, with completion slated for the end of this year. The 11,000 sqm warehouse is being built for InPost, a leader in logistics services and owner of the Paczkomat parcel locker network. 

Panattoni has secured another tenant for its development in Lower Silesia – Wrocław Campus 2. Sellpy, a digital platform for secondhand and other products, will launch a distribution warehouse in Wrocław, occupying approximately 38,000 sqm.

Industrial developer Panattoni will deliver a 46,000 sqm build-to-suit project for Nagel-Group in Poznań as part of Panattoni Park Poznań East III. The facility will serve as the food logistics company's key hub in Poland.

Industrial developer Panattoni will commence construction of Panattoni Park Katowice Airport spanning 240,000 sqm, with Fiege as the first tenant occupying over 42,000 sqm of logistics space.

Panattoni started projects in Poland totalling about 840,000 sqm, worth nearly €650 million in 2025. The developer leased close to 1.5 million sqm of space and sold 19 projects to international investors, showing strong market momentum and growing demand for modern industrial space.

Panattoni has completed the sale of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska IV, a 32,000 sqm logistics facility in Upper Silesia, to Rysy Properties. The facility is leased to Solo midocean, a European leader in promotional products.

Panattoni has completed construction of a new production facility for E.G.O.- Group, a leading supplier of components for the household appliances sector. The 15,000 sqm factory was delivered in a build-to-own formula in Łódź, next to the company's existing HQ.

Industrial developer Panattoni has sold the 33,000 sqm Panattoni Park Rzeszów Airport III logistics park to an international group focused on industrial infrastructure and an investment fund. This marks the developer's second disposal in Rzeszów this quarter.

Panattoni has acquired a 17-hectare plot near Grodzisk Mazowiecki and is launching a new investment in the Warsaw region. Panattoni Park Grodzisk VI will reach 80,000 sqm, with the first tenant being one of Poland's leading furniture manufacturers.

Auchan has officially opened one of Poland's most technologically advanced fulfilment facilities in Wilcza Góra. The 18,000 sqm build-to-suit facility was developed by Panattoni and is fully adapted for e-grocery operations, equipped with the Ocado automation system. The investment is worth nearly €34 million.
