MLP Group is set to build a second logistics park in the Wrocław area. The MLP Wrocław West project will deliver a total of 70,000 sqm of modern space, the first handovers slated for October 2020.

CTP announced that it will complete CTPark Bor in the next five years, creating the largest industrial park in the Czech Republic with an area of ​​600,000 sqm.

Panattoni Europe embarks on the largest project in the Warsaw region. The new facility, A2 Warsaw Park, will total 102,500 sqm of space and will be located next to the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Junction and the A2 motorway. The first tenant has already been secured – Raben Logistics Polska, taking up 30 per cent of the space. Project completion is planned for Q1 of 2020.

LaSalle Investment Management Inc. has completed the purchase of Panattoni Warsaw West VI in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Experts from JLL advised the buyer in this deal.

Eastern Poland continues to attract increasing interest from both Polish and overseas investors.
