Panattoni is to expand its warehousing assets near Warsaw. Already the developer has 176,000 sqm of industrial space at its disposal in the village of Janki and it has just announced the creation of more. The company has purchased a further 3.14 ha next to the S8 for further development.

Romanian real estate developer Impact Developer & Contractor, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, enters the real estate market in Iași through the acquisition of a 19,068 sqm land plot. The transaction marks a major step in the developer’s strategy for implementing residential projects in large cities throughout the country.

Local real estate developer Forty Management has acquired a 39,896 sqm plot of land of in the Străulești area of ​​the Bucharest from Butan Gas Romania in a transaction valued at €8.2 million. The developer plans to deliver the Central District Lagoon City mixed-use project with 570 apartments, hotel, offices and commercial space, following an investment of over €100 million.

The market of industrial spaces in the west of Romania, respectively in the counties of Timiș, Arad and Bihor, continues to attract the attention of investors, after doubling its volume in the last ten years, ranking second after Bucharest. CBRE recently advised pan-European developer VGP on the acquisition of a 39-ha land plot in Arad. 

Penta Real Estate has successfully completed the sale of Bory Business Park project to the Karimpol Group development company. The land with a total area of 60,000 sqm is located in the new Bory district in Bratislava and was sold together with a building permit. The project allows the construction of retail space with the possibility of combining showrooms, offices and storage. Both parties have agreed that the transaction value will not be disclosed.

Prologis is expanding its Hungarian portfolio with the acquisition of 13 hectares in the Budapest logistics market. Modesta Real Estate facilitated the transaction.

Panattoni has bought 14.8 hectares of land in Central Poland to build Panattoni Park Stryków IV. The project, which will feature 74,000 sqm at full build-out, will be developed at the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways. Construction kick-off is planned for Q3 2020.

Hillwood acquired new industrial land in Czestochowa where is intends to develop Hillwood Logistics Centre Częstochowa-Miasto, a modern park consisting of 2 warehouses totalling ca. 64,000 sqm GLA.

MLP Group has purchased a land property located in Widzew district in the Southeastern part of Łódź where it plans to construct MLP Łódź, an 80,000 sqm modern logistics and distribution centre.

Marvipol Development special purpose vehicles have concluded two preliminary property sale agreements with LaSalle Investment Management KVG. The initial sale price is approx. €29.6 million net.
