Finnish developer YIT achieved record sales of 494 residential units in 2025, worth almost €160 million, representing a 20% increase compared to the previous year. The company's revenue reached €90 million.

Construction has begun on the Nová Cihelna Kladno residential project in the Kladno-Rozdělov district, featuring 104 apartments. The development includes ecological elements such as photovoltaic panels, heat pumps and an underground rainwater retention tank. Future residents will enjoy a large community garden with park landscaping.

YIT has announced its record sales in 2024, selling 416 units in connection with the gradual market recovery, representing a more than double increase compared to 2023 with 198 apartments. 

The abandoned brownfield of the former Poldi Kladno steel mill in the Czech Republic is soon to be transformed. On a large part of the area belonging to the RSJ investment group, the developer Panattoni has started construction of industrial halls this summer, reports E15.cz.

The investment group Natland has become the owner of land near the newly reconstructed main railway station in the city and at the same time also the owner of the Stromovka Kladno development project.

The first residents will move into Creditas Real Estate's Nové Boroviny residence near Kladno (30 km north of Prague) in early 2024. In the first stage of the project, there are 161 flats with layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk, some of the flats have already been sold. 

Panattoni will build a new hall for Hanon Systems, a Korean manufacturer of parts for air conditioning and cooling systems for cars, in the Kladno-South industrial zone. The entire existing site with the existing hall will also undergo modifications. 

Czech logistics developer Logport Development has launched a new project in Prague's Jinočany area, at the former Poldi Kladno smelters, one of the largest brownfield sites in the Czech Republic.

The latest plans of YIT include residential construction outside of Prague. The company plans to gradually build 800 apartments on the outskirts of Kladno within 12 years, e15.cz reports.

RSJ Investment Group has purchased part of the land formerly owned by Poldi Kladno, where Panattoni will build a modern industrial complex with a total area of 88,500 sqm. Demolition and remediation works will start by the end of this year. The new area is expected to create 2,000 new jobs, RSJ reports.
