Solida Capital has announced its first residential development in Romania, a boutique project in Sector 1, Bucharest, as part of a joint venture with Radox.

DL Invest Group and Boosteroid have formed a joint venture to develop large-scale AI data centre infrastructure across Europe. The partnership includes a long-term agreement for AI infrastructure with 300 MW target capacity, serving a hyperscale customer. The project has an estimated value of approximately $2.5 billion (€2.3 billion).

Grupo Lar Polska has entered into a strategic joint venture with Lithuania’s Galio Group, marking a new phase in its expansion in the Polish residential market, the company announced on LinkedIn. The partnership combines Grupo Lar’s strong local presence with Galio’s large-scale development expertise, with the goal of delivering around 1,000 modern apartments across prime locations in Poland. Grupo Lar Polska will serve as the managing partner.

Greykite European Real Estate Fund has commenced its deployment programme with the acquisition of a major logistics portfolio in Poland. Comprising three properties in Warsaw, Stryków and Gliwice, the portfolio will form the initial investment in a new €300 million joint venture with White Star Real Estate, a Central Europe-focused real estate developer and manager. White Star, the minority JV partner, developed the properties and will continue in its role as asset and property manager.

International investment and development group AFI Europe and Czech developer Finep have announced two signed transactions adding more than 800 apartments in two different locations to the Prague rental housing market over the next three years.

Mitiska REIM has announced on behalf of the MEREP 3 fund the acquisition of a retail park in the Slovakian city of Skalica and the development of a new retail park in Sládkovičovo. In a new joint venture partnership with OPC Group, Mitiska REIM plans to expand its retail park portfolio in Slovakia in the coming years.
