Colliers has brokered the renewal and expansion of a lease agreement for storage space at the DMC Pardubice complex for Nika Logistics. The deal has involved a site in eastern Bohemia with a leased area of 13,828 sqm.

Logicor has signed a new lease agreement with a logistics service provider at its Logicor Příšovice logistics park near Prague.

CTP has completed one of the largest production halls at CTPark Blučina in South Moravia. The new 52,000 sqm GLA facility has been designed to offer almost 30,000 sqm of cleanroom space for the production of specialised chips for the automotive industry.
