Drugstore chain Rossman has started to install equipment in a new warehouse developed by Panattoni Hungary and financed by OTP Real Estate Investment Fund.

The development of GLP Park Praha Kozomín has been designed to offer retail, logistics, production and research spaces. Work on the park's construction is in full swing with a completion date of this September. 

Chinese manufacturer UE Furniture has fully acquired a production facility in Timiș County, Western Romania, from local furniture and chipboard manufacturer Rus Savitar.

Panattoni will construct a new, larger factory for the company, which will relocate its small home appliances production from the current location. The new facility will be built in Rudna Wielka near Rzeszów. The total project value will amount to nearly 600 million PLN in the coming years. Construction is planned for completion by mid-2026.

Romania recorded commercial real estate transactions worth around €730 million in the past year, up by 47% compared to 2023, according to a report by iO Partners.
