Futureal, owner of the Etele Plaza shopping centre in Budapest, has signed a €165 million loan agreement with a consortium comprising Erste Bank Hungary, Erste Group Bank and UniCredit Bank Hungary. The refinancing extends the loan maturity to 2035.

Scope Ratings has revised Futureal’s outlook to Stable, affirming the BB- issuer ratings for Futureal Development Holding Kft. and Futureal Holding B.V.

According to epiteszforum.hu, Futureal Group’s residential developer arm Cordia will convert the next, currently shell-stage phase of the Corvin Innovation Campus office complex into a residential building. Designed by Radius B+S Architects, the eight-storey building will house more than 200 apartments, some featuring ceiling heights over 3 metres, thanks to the existing structural design. The project will also include a three-level underground garage, 400 sqm of communal space for residents, and a 160 sqm rooftop terrace exclusively for residents.

Futureal Investment Partners, a member of Futureal Group, and 1 Asset Management, an investment management company, backed by real estate development company Hanner, have announced the successful transaction involving the division and sale of two buildings within Lipowy Office Park located at Żwirki I Wigury St. in Warsaw, Poland. The price has not been revealed.

Futureal has announced the acquisition of the Lipowy Office Park complex in Warsaw. In alignment with its strategy, the company plans to reposition the development by transforming it into a sustainable, human-centric, and modern office building. Linklaters has advised the seller on the transaction.
