Construction has begun on the Office Garden IV complex, which is being developed in Budapest by GRT Group, with the work to be completed in Q2 2021.
Eventually, the complex will comprise five stages. The current stage of 20,000 sqm of office space is to be LEED certified. The exclusive agent for the project, including the three previous stages, is Robertson, a company associated with BNP Paribas Real Estate.
