Slovak developer Corwin has announced its first Prague project called Dvory, located in Prague 9 - Vysočany. Like the company's Palma project in Bratislava, this development involves revitalising a brownfield site into a sustainable modern district for living and working. Construction of the first phase is expected to begin by the end of 2025.

The members of the Bratislava City Council have approved amendments to the city master plan, paving the way for the transformation of the Palma brownfield into a new quarter developed by Corwin.

Vilharia, the office building in Ljubljana, developed by the Slovak development company Corwin, has announced two new key tenants. The building has reached 75% occupancy.

Corwin has placed the second issue of its bonds on the market and has sold them out at Slovenská sporiteľňa in under two weeks.

Corwin is planning to reconstruct the building of the former bakery mill in its development and revitalisation of the Palma factory brownfield in Bratislava. The building coming from the 1930s is among the four industrial constructions that Corwin expects to preserve and restore. 

Slovak developer Corwin has presented the details of its third project in Ljubljana, Slovenia. A residential tower has been designed in one of the best architectural studios in the world - Norwegian Snøhetta, hence the project name Nordika. 

Generali is becoming the anchor tenant in the office complex Vilharia constructed by the Slovak developer Corwin in the heart of Ljubljana. 

The surface of an asphalt parking lot has heated up to an average temperature of almost 52°C during a hot summer day. The green area with vegetation in its immediate vicinity has been at the same time up to 22°C cooler. The Slovak developer Corwin has brought this data resulting from a thermal imaging inspection by Terradron. 

The details of development financing of the new office complex by Corwin in Ljubljana have been revealed. The developer has succeeded in securing a €75.6 million loan for Vilharia, arranged by Erste Group, with Banka Sparkasse d. d., Slovenia and EXIMBANKA SR as participating lenders.

Corwin has submitted an intention to revitalize and transform the southern, larger part of the brownfield after the former industrial plant Palma on Račianská Street in Bratislava for the environmental impact assessment (EIA).
