Europa Capital and ConvergenCE have announced the new brand identity of the recently acquired Akadémia Business Center in the heart of Budapest. Alongside the launch of the refurbishment works, the riverside building will be rechristened Academia, as a vital part of its transformation and repositioning.
Pan-European real estate investment manager Europa Capital, in partnership with commercial real estate investor and developer ConvergenCE, has acquired the Akadémia Business Center in Budapest. The acquisition has been completed on behalf of Europa Capital’s latest value add fund, Europa Fund VI.
ConvergenCE closed the sale of the Árpád Center office building at the end of summer 2021. The property at the junction of Árpád Bridge and Váci Road was acquired by Investum Kft. During the transaction, ConvergenCE was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
