Zoltán Ligetvári has joined ConvergenCE as Investment Director, bringing nearly twenty years of expertise in commercial investment to the development team.
Zoltán Ligetvári worked in the Capital Markets investment advisory team at Cushman & Wakefield over the past eight years, where he also served as a partner, playing key roles in selling prestigious commercial property.
His prior work experience ranged from financial management at Swietelsky, through acquisitions at ORCO Property Group and director at BIF, as well as asset management at CIB Bank.
“His most important responsibilities will be to manage our existing investors and expand their numbers as well as personally leading acquisitions and disposals", said Csaba Zeley, Managing Director of ConvergenCE.
