Investor sentiment across CEE remains strong

Poland captured more than half of all invested capital in the first half of the year. Colliers estimates for 2021 that year-end volumes will remain between €10-11 billion.

New members join the Board of Colliers Poland

Colliers continues the process of changes in the company's structure in Poland. After Monika Rajska-Wolińska's promotion to CEO for the CEE region announced on July 1, 2021, the company informs about the appointment of new members to the company's Management Board in Poland. Joining the board are: Marta Machus-Burek (Vice-President of the Management Board, responsible for the Corporate Development Strategy), Paweł Skałba (Board Member, responsible for Sales and Client Relations), Piotr Mirowski (Board Member, responsible for Landlord Advisory Strategy) and Maciej Chmielewski (Board Member, responsible for Tenant Advisory Strategy). Thus, they will support the President of the Management Board - Monika Rajska-Wolińska in implementing Colliers strategy in Poland in the designated areas.

Colliers brokers sale of 30,000 sqm industrial complex in Hungary

Colliers sold a 30,000 sqm industrial complex as part of a 9 ha site in Nemesvámos, near Veszprém, to the Austrian automation company Knapp. The seller MTD Hungary, a lawnmower producer, closed the factory in 2020 as they decided to centralise the production somewhere else and asked Colliers to put the property on the market for sale.

Latest news


New leases

  • MLP Group has bolstered the tenant mix at MLP Poznań West by welcoming Stockly, a 3D printing specialist. The company has leased 2,400 sqm of warehouse and office space, with operations already underway via early access. A full handover is expected in December 2026. Stockly was represented by Rock Estate during the transaction.
  • Echo Investment has signed a lease agreement with Auchan Polska for 1,200 sqm of retail space within Fuzja, a flagship multifunctional complex in Łódź. The retailer is scheduled to open the outlet during the summer of 2026.
  • Froo Romania, a subsidiary of the Żabka Group, has relocated its HQ to the Bucharest-based Hermes Business Campus. The retailer secured around 2,900 sqm of office space in a transaction facilitated by Colliers.

New appointments

  • Colliers has appointed Kata Mazsaroff, Tamás Beck, and Miklós Ecsődi as Equity Partners in Hungary, effective 30 April 2026. Mazsaroff, who joined in 2007, rises to Managing Partner after overseeing a 200 per cent revenue increase since her 2022 appointment as Managing Director. Beck, with Colliers since 1994, has led the Industrial & Logistics division since 2005, facilitating transactions covering 1.9 million sqm of built space and 9.8 million sqm of land. Ecsődi, Head of Occupier Services and Office Agency since joining in 2011, has secured over 450,000 sqm in leases valued above €600 million.
  • Aleksandra Walaszek and Tomasz Nowakowski have joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Agency. Walaszek has more than 10 years of experience in the retail sector. Nowakowski is an expert with nearly 20 years of experience in strategic leasing and retail property transaction management.
  • iO Partners has appointed Constantin Banu as Business Development Director for its Industrial and Land segments. With over 25 years of experience in the Romanian real estate sector, Banu is widely credited with helping shape the local logistics market. In his new role, he will oversee expansion strategies for the two segments.
