Cresco Real Estate has been developing the Slnečnice district south of Bratislava's Petržalka quarter since 2010. Now it has begun to transform the territory of the local hill into the new part called Villadomy Zone.

A new cargo port is to be built in Vlčie Hrdlo in Bratislava, which, according to the vision of the investor Win-Port Invest, is strengthening Bratislava's international commercial and transport importance.
