The final stage of the Zwirn project developed by YIT in Bratislava has received a valid building permit. The construction work is starting already in October 2024. 

Intrade Assets Management is applying for a permit for the project known as Za stanicou (Behind the station) in Bratislava, now under the new name Aquamarine, reports SME.sk. Presented 14 years ago the project is coming to life in the Nové Mesto district.

YIT Slovakia has presented a pilot project of cooperative housing in Bratislava earlier this year. It is an alternative to mortgage financing of real estate. The developer is now launching its sequel in the ZWIRN 3 project.

Cresco Real Estate has announced a new partnership in the Slnečnice project in Bratislava's Petržalka district. The National Highway Company has submitted to the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic a request for the issuance of a certificate of strategic investment for the construction of the D4 highway in the Bratislava-Rača - Bratislava-Záhorská Bystrica section.
