Slovak company KLM CHG intends to build a new retail park near Chorvátsky Grob in the Bratislava Region with three separate buildings, following an investment of about €6.5 million.

CA Immo has successfully closed the sale of the Bratislava Business Center 1 and 1 Plus office buildings in Bratislava to Wood & Company, a leading investment bank in Central and Eastern Europe. The office complex covers rentable area of around 25,500 sqm.

Penta Real Estate has successfully completed the sale of Bory Business Park project to the Karimpol Group development company. The project allows the construction of retail space with the possibility of combining showrooms, offices and storage. Both parties have agreed that the transaction value will not be disclosed.

Penta Real Estate’s Sky Park Tower in Bratislava, a high-rise office building designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, has a building permit issued and is currently awaiting its legal force.
